is an integrated system of principles and methods with a focus on incremental project execution and continuous client involvement to reduce risk, complexity, and scope-creep. In practice this appears as detailed work descriptions and drawings before work starts, POC tests, and continuous re-assessment as work progresses. The Agile Principles

is important to me. To this end, I try to recycle and repurpose materials where applicable. I prefer mechanical to chemical means of attachment. When developing solutions, I don’t just think about time+quality+cost of construction, but ease and accessibility for later maintenance.
